Job Description

nWay is currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to work on our competitive real-time action games. The UA Manager will lead the strategy and execution for our user acquisition efforts. They will work closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure that we are meeting our KPI and ROAS.

Responsibilities

  • Own all elements of user acquisition and establish UA tools/platforms, partners, and processes
  • Lead relevant efforts to achieve targeted KPIs, and ultimately revenue goals for nWay owned properties
  • Act as primary owner of key partnership and vendor management and reporting
  • Provide app store discovery tactics for both iOS and Android
  • Manage campaigns across multiple partners and evaluate effective channels in reaching the high monetizing users
  • Establish best practices and tools for maximum ROI and ROAS
  • Utilize advanced analytic and quantitative skills with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Provide insight on analyzing data with respect to CPA, CPC, CPM, ARPU and LTV
  • Provide cohort analysis and advanced analysis for reporting KPI
  • Negotiate contracts with key vendors and partners for mobile marketing
  • Optimize ASO and grow organic users
  • Create and optimize creative for paid marketing purposes
  • Collaborate with the game teams to coordinate around upcoming game releases and update launches
  • Track and report on key metrics on a regular basis
  • Communicate clearly to management the plans, status and challenges to meeting objectives
  • Coordinate marketing efforts as needed including, but not limited to events, promotions, press releases and social media

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree preferably in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Statistics or Engineering background
  • Data analysis experience using Excel and have working knowledge of SQL
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition preferably in games or mobile industry
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent negotiation and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, organized and highly motivated
  • Passionate about gaming and medias
  • Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on ROI
  • Experience working with mid-core/hardcore game titles
