Office Manager

nWay is looking for an Office Manager that will be take full ownership of all the office facilities day-to-days so office operations run efficiently and smoothly. In addition, the Office Manager will be our gate keeper for external vendors and our culture ambassador. The ideal candidate would be a pro-active, forward thinker with great planning and organizational skills.

What You’ll Do.

Manage all administrative duties in the office and ensure that everything is running smoothly.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Receive and sort through all incoming mails and deliveries and manage all outbound mails.
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements so we can run operations more efficiently. Design, implement, and maintain the new processes.
Manage office budget
Assist with return to office plans.
Support our company’s mission and values. Be our company’s culture ambassador.
Plan and execute engagements for internal employees.
Take initiative and offer help where needed; added value whenever possible.
Assist with onboarding new employees.
Working with team to offboard employees.

Who You Are.

2 + years of experience as an office manager.
Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Have worked with budgets to execute fun, engaging events.
Have a “service” mentally.
Naturally curious and not afraid to ask questions.
Innately self-motivated, kind and organized.
Experience with google suite products, slack, zoom and other collaborative tools.
